Digital Customer Success

Content curated by Jeff Heckler

The one constant in life is change, and in fact the world seems to be changing more rapidly now than ever before. Just like for everything else, the change we see happening around us has implications for the Customer Success profession, not least because as CS professionals we tend to find ourselves working for companies that are themselves at the leading edge of technological change, and many of whose customers are also leading this charge forwards into a (hopefully) better future.

What is this changed based upon? To a very large extent at least, it is built upon the “digital revolution” that has already transformed the whole world in so many ways over the last decade or so, and seems set to continue to do so in the decades to come. The rise of technologies such as cloud networking, big data analytics and Software-as-a-Service has put digital information into the hands of decision makers as never before. Join our Principal Thought Leader Jeff Heckler as he explores the implications of the digital era for the CS profession.
