One of the key concerns of customer success management is helping our customers to manage the change that inevitably occurs when they purchase, implement and utilize our products. The role of the Change Manager is traditionally an internal one, but the wise SaaS supplier (or indeed any sales company) will not rely upon their customers to “get it right” on their own but will provide help and assistance to implement and manage change as efficiently and effectively as possible.
