In April of 2023, Certinia deployed a market research survey to get a glimpse into how economic uncertainty is impacting resourcing and employee satisfaction. Two leading themes that emerged as burnout triggers were unfair allocation and not getting to work on projects of interest. In fact, 52% of consultants surveyed reported that at least one of these two themes caused dissatisfaction in their jobs.
