Thanks for creating this wonderful forum Rick. I must add that such initiatives are really goldmine for aspiring customer success professionals like me.

There is always so much to learn from seasoned professionals like you and others who have already taken this journey and now are so kind and generous to share that with newbies like me who are looking to break into this CS profile.

The more I go through the responsibilities and stuff that a CS can do and plethora of benefits the CS community worldwide is giving to its customers, the more I love it.
