The next piece of the jigsaw is to find a Head of Customer Success to build on solid foundations and take the growing team to the next level.

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for leading and building a world class Customer Success function.
The business is well established and has already laid the groundwork for a CS leader to build on; however, there is lots of scope to implement best practices and build a team fully focused on the success of customers and achievement retention objectives.
The types of businesses in the portfolio will be B2B mid-market to enterprise-level organisations, spending upwards of £20,000 ACV.
The ICP is now well defined and there is a transition taking place as they move away from poor fit customers and fully focus on good fit, higher-end customers.
This is a hands-on position, and you’ll play a key role in developing your team of 3 CSMs through great coaching and people development, driving them to new heights of performance and best-in-class CS behaviours.
This is the perfect role for a Senior CSM who holds a senior position within their current team, either as a team lead or mentor.
You’ll have seen how to build a function through working with great leaders in the past and feel now is the time to take on your own gig. Ideally, you’ll know the MarTech landscape and understand the challenges marketers face; however, this isn’t essential, and the priority is your knowledge of CS fundamentals and the SaaS metrics that matter.
This is an early-stage business that is well resourced and with great, unique technology but it’s worth remembering it’s still a start-up, and dealing with ambiguity is part and parcel of being in a high-growth environment.
